Telescope catalog now accepts MMT-style format.

Currently, one can use a correctly-formatted catalog file at the telescope by transferring the files to ftp://10.30.1.10/ (one must be at the observatory to make the FTP transfer), or by supplying the .cat files on a floppy disk.
