Proposers should cite recent publications based on data obtained at UAO
facilities and should describe progress in analyzing data obtained in
previous trimesters. A time horizon of 2 years is generally appropriate,
but time allocated back to the beginning of the current project should be discussed.
All discussions related to the current proposals should be marked with
an asterisk via the \related command. It is acceptable to roll up
allocations from various trimesters into sums, e.g., ``We have received
8 nights for this project in the last two years. 4 were lost to weather;
the other 4 yielded data on 10 fields. We have published one paper (A.
Nonymous et al., 2006) describing .... and are continuing our analysis
on the remaining data.'' It is also acceptable to describe the individual
runs.
The purpose of this section is to demonstrate to the TAC that the proposers have been effective in using UAO facilities.
