Rain, clouds, and fog prevented the start of Campaign 107 at the Kuiper
Telescope on Mt. Bigelow, Arizona, until just after 0300 local time.
Only five blazars plus a few standard stars could be observed through varying degrees of cirrus
clouds before morning twilight. Getting any observations at all was surprising
and possible because the humidity dropped from nearly 100% to under 40% in not much more than a half hour. The seeing varied between 1.5-2 arcsec.
