Debris clouds from major storms to the north didn't start to clear until
just before the start of morning twilight. This marks the first time
since the start of 2017 that three straight entire nights have been lost to
bad weather. The weather forecast does not hint of any significant
improvement in this overly wet situation in Arizona.
