Happy New Year!
The first night of observing in 2017 didn't happen. Very light rain/snow
fell throughout most of the night in preparation for a massive winter
cold front expected to hit Mt. Bigelow just after daybreak. Around 10
inches of snow are expected from this storm during the first day of 2017.
The current weather forecast does not look promising at all for the entire
first week of 2017.
