Winter finally begins in Arizona at the start of Campaign 103. It was
below freezing all night long at the Kuiper Telescope on Mt. Bigelow under
clear skies and a strong northeast wind. A bright gibbous moon was in the sky for most of the night
and the seeing was generally terrible (3 arcsec) until after midnight, when
it became less terrible (2 arcsec).
