Campaign 89 starts off with clear skies over Mt. Bigelow. The photometric
conditions, however, did not last long. Within three hours, scattered
cirrus started to move in and prevented photometry for the rest of the night.
Fortunately, spectropolarimetry was rarely hindered and around 20
blazars were observed. The seeing was often very good and ranged from 1-1.5 arcsec. Happy Thanksgiving to all of the US followers of this website.
