After last night's impressive fireworks displays, tonight was a good
night for astronomy. Thunderstorms developed just south of the US-Mexican
boarder, but there seemed to be an invisible wall between Kitt Peak and
these impressive storms. They never crossed the border and, in fact,
generally propagated further south. Portions of the night were not
strictly photometric, but often is was quite clear. About 20 blazars
were observed in seeing that varied between 1.5 and 3 arcsec.
