Heavy cirrus coming in from the northwest combined with a nearly first-quarter moon to prevent
proper observations from starting until around 2200 local time. After that,
the sky was more manageable and over 15 blazars were observed. There were
even a few periods during the night when the sky was completely clear of
thin cirrus. The seeing was not great at 2-3 arcsec.
