Scattered cirrus moved in from the southwest as the night began and never
completely left the sky over Mt. Bigelow until nearly 0300 local time.
Observations could be made throughout the entire night, but at times
operations were slowed by clouds. Still, over 20 blazars were observed, although
photometry was not possible for several objects. The seeing ranged from
1.2-1.8 arcsec during the night.
