Observing campaign 80 starts off with light-to-moderate cirrus at the Kuiper
Telescope on Mt. Bigelow, AZ. Observations were made through the clouds
until about 0100 local time. After that, the sky was mostly clear and
photometry could be attempted. The seeing was 1.5-2 arcsec while the cirrus
covered most of the sky. It degraded to 2.5-3 arcsec in the clearer skies
near the end of the night.
