The last observing night in 2016 didn't happen. The low-pressure
system that had been in the Pacific sending a lot of clouds to Arizona
finally decided to head inland across northern Arizona. Nothing but
clouds, fog, wind, rain, and even some lightning within 30 miles of
Mt. Bigelow for tonight. No observations could be made.
