Continued unsettled weather over southern Arizona makes for another
frustrating night at the Kuiper Telescope. Observations of only
three bright blazars could be made through clouds
during the first three hours of the
night. The seeing during the early part of the night was
about 1.6 arcsec.
After that, the weather worsened with even thicker clouds and
some lightning in the area after midnight. It started raining/snowing at about
0300 local time. By daybreak, nearly an inch of snow had fallen
at the observatory.
