The writing was on the wall for this night. The storm finally hit.
SPOL was dismounted from the telescope at daybreak and the mountain
was abandoned in the early afternoon during an especially violent
thunderstorm. Quite an exciting trip with the instrument back
to Tucson. No observations were made on this night and SPOL will
be brought to Mt. Bigelow on Sunday for the final three nights of this campaign.
It is not clear if this storm system will be gone by then.
