The first 2.5 hours of the night were lost to clouds not mentioned in
the weather forecast. Then, except for a brief period just after midnight, the
sky remained clear and over a dozen blazars were observed. It was very
cold with the temperatures at or below freezing during the entire night.
This was well over 10 deg F colder than on the previous night, and as expected
when the temperature changes this much, the seeing was awful (3-5 arcsec).
