Cirrus was a major issue tonight and most observations were made through
various amounts of high clouds. Generally, conditions were the worst early
in the night and there were relatively brief clear periods when some photometry could
be obtained. The seeing was good (1.0-1.6 arcsec), with it being around 1
arcsec during the middle portion of the night.
