Weather Report for February 14, 2015

High, fairly thick clouds came over southern Arizona from a cut-off low pressure system to the southwest in the first hour of the night. This system will likely continue to adversely affect the observing campaign over the next several days. Observations were made through the variable cloud cover for about six hours. By about 0300 local time, the sky finally cleared and work could continue at the normal pace. Even some photometry was obtained. The seeing was much improved over the previous nights. Rarely was the seeing worse that about 1.7 arcsec and it was as good as 1.2 arcsec near the end of the night.
