There was occasional very light cirrus throughout the night. The major problem, though, was the bad seeing after midnight. The seeing, which was a respectable
1.5 arcsec early in the night, deteriorated to an unsightly 2-5 arcsec during
the second half of the night, making observations of faint objects impossible.
Despite the bad image quality, almost 20 blazars were observed on this long,
cold, windy night.
