This was a very lucky night with the weather. During the first hour or so of the
night, observations had to be made through cirrus clouds. In addition, not
much could be accomplished during the last hour of the night when a thick
cirrus cloud deck moved over Kitt Peak. However, the whole middle portion of the night was clear. The seeing was mediocre (1.5-2.5 arcsec).
