A major thunderstorm hit Kitt Peak in the middle of the afternoon.
By midnight, the sky was clear enough to open the dome. Clouds continued
to rapidly form and dissipate around the mountain until just before
morning twilight, when the sky completely cleared. The marginal
conditions forced a few brief dome closures, but about a half dozen blazars were
observed during the night. The seeing was 1.3-1.7 arcsec.
