In an unusual move, the monsoon went into far western Arizona, leaving Kitt
Peak with clear, though hazy/dusty skies. For the first night of this
campaign, a full night of observing was available without any interference
by clouds. Much spectropolarimetry as well as spectrophotometry were
obtained. The seeing was reasonable right at the start of the night (1-1.5
arcsec), but for the next several hours, the seeing was 2-3.5 arcsec. The
seeing improved to nearly 1 arcsec during the last hour or so of the night.
