As expected, yesterday's storm moved out of Arizona quickly, leaving behind
a lot of cold and wet air. Thin, low orographic clouds, especially at the
beginning and end of the night prevented observations for a couple of hours.
In addition, high humidity stopped operations for about an hour around
midnight. Seeing was quite good at around 1.2-1.4 arcsec during the first
half of the night and degraded to around 2 arcsec in the second half.
Conditions should be a bit dryer tomorrow night.
