Thunderstorms were in the near vicinity at sunset. The sky started clearing at
midnight and operations started for the first time in almost four days
at just before 0100 local time in partly
cloudy skies. The sky generally improved during the final 3 hours of
the night. The seeing started out at just over 1 arcsec, but degraded to
1.5-2 arcsec by the end of the night. Spectropolarimetry for 9 blazars were
obtained, but little photometry was attempted given the conditions.
