The sky was almost completely overcast from sunset to after 0100 local time.
Observations through varying thicknesses of cirrus started a little after 0100.
The sky slowly improved as time wore on and was mostly cloudless by the start
of morning twilight. Spectropolarimetric observations of 8 blazars were
obtained and even some photometry was attempted on a few late objects.
The seeing was exceptional, at 0.9-1.3 arcsec.
