The sky started out clear for the first hour and a half of the night. Then, a thick band of cirrus came over Kitt Peak until just after midnight. Observations continued slowly through the cloud cover, but some progress was made. The remainder of the night (from the rising of a nearly third-quarter moon onwards) was photometric. The seeing was generally better than 1.5 arcsec.
