& Special Note Concerning Observing Campaign 70

This campaign has been split into two parts: 2015 March 17 - 21 and March 23 - 27. There will be no SPOL observations on March 22 UT so that another instrument can be mounted on the telescope by a separate group of investigators for a special Education/Public Outreach program.
