Please note that certification to use any of the available instrumentation on the Bok Telescope is a separate process. See the appropriate documentation associated with the specific instrument that you plan to use to learn its certification requirements. With proper planning on your part, both certifications can gained with a single trip to Kitt Peak BEFORE your observing run.
