Observing Proposals for 2008A
This is the Announcement of Opportunity for observing time
on Steward telescopes for the period of
September through December 2007.
All proposals are due by noon on Wednesday, October 10, 2007,
at the front desk of the Director's office of Steward Observatory
(Room N205). Eight (8) copies of each proposal are required PLUS an electronically-submitted PDF version of the form.
More detailed information specific for 2008A can be found from the
Call for Proposals web page (not yet available).
Proposals to use the Magellan telescopes will be accepted for
this proposal cycle.
Detailed instructions for filling out the Observing Request template
are available on line.
Please note that some formulae display poorly in some browsers.
A few changes to the
LaTeX template have been made for this trimester,
so make sure to download the current
template file
soprop.tex
and class file
soprop.cls.
You can of course rename soprop.tex as you wish.
Do not use the old sodefs.sty file or the old LaTeX template.
