Please download the new proposal template soprop.tex and class file soprop.cls and use them carefully. We recommend that all proposers read sections 8.3 and 8.4. If you find errors in the proposal forms and/or instructions please inform Dennis Zaritsky (dzaritsky@as.arizona.edu) and Paul Smith (psmith@as.arizona.edu).
Finally, proposals that were awarded long-term status must still submit the usual status report for semester B (no status reports are accepted for semester A since all long-term programs for the past calendar year are ended on December 31). See § 3.2.
