8.2.4 Abstract

Provide an abstract of the science justification here between \propabstract{ and }. Summarize what observations you wish to obtain by what means, what the science goals of these observations are, and why the proposed science is important. Write the abstract with a generic astrophysicist, outside your own field of expertise, in mind. The TAC is small and may not have any specialist in your field. Avoid unexplained acronyms and keep jargon to a minimum. The typeset abstract should not run longer than 18 lines. Note, that the abstract text cannot contain blank lines (i.e., multiple paragraphs), or a LATEX error will result.
