Weather Report for March 15, 2018

Despite a more encouraging weather satellite image for tonight compared to those from most of the previous nights during this campaign, the night was nearly a total loss. Orographic clouds, high humidity, and fog completely stopped observations at just past 2200 local time. Prior to this, it took lengthy periods of time to get observations of only three blazars in mostly cloudy skies. The seeing was 1.5-2.5 arcsec.
