For the third night running, observations had to be made between and through
cirrus clouds for most of the night. The sky was clearest during the
first 3 hours and last 2 hours of the night. Progress was completely
halted by clouds from midnight until 0130 local time. The seeing was around 2 arcsec. Again, photometry is limited, but nearly 20 blazars were measured for polarization.
