Weather Report for March 9, 2016

The storm that was on top of southern Arizona last night rapidly moved out of the state during the late afternoon. Skies were mostly clear by sunset and only some occasional light cirrus moved over the observatory during the night. A bigger problem was the abysmal seeing during the first half of the night (3-4 arcsec). After about 0100 local time, the seeing finally settled down to a mediocre, but reasonable, 2 arcsec. Over 15 blazars were observed to get this campaign started.
