Weather Report for October 11, 2015

Campaign 76 starts off two nights early and at a larger telescope than first scheduled. It is a long story, but the revised campaign schedule is October 11-17, 2015 UTC at the Bok Telescope and October 19 & 20 at the Kuiper Telescope. The campaign was originally scheduled for October 13-16 & 19-20, all at the Kuiper Telescope.

The first night of the revised campaign was a resounding success. Mostly clear skies were accompanied by 1-1.5 arcsec seeing. There were some light clouds at times, but nothing that seriously hindered progress until nearly 0400 local time when the sky became quite opaque. Nearly 20 blazars were measured for linear polarization and most observations included flux measurements.
