Weather Report for November 13, 2015

Scattered cirrus had to be endured for the first couple of hours of the night and then again for over an hour starting at about 2200 local time. Other portions of the night were clear. Little in the way of photometry was lost tonight, and the clouds didn't seriously hamper spectropolarimetry. The big news was that the seeing finally settled down and was 1.2-1.6 all night long.
