For the first time in awhile, the entire state was free of clouds during the
entire night. The photometric skies were not accompanied by improved
seeing over what has been endured on previous nights in the campaign, at least during the first half of the
night. Before midnight, the seeing varied between 3-5 arcsec. At just
before midnight, the seeing improved to around 1.5 arcsec over a period of less than a half hour and stayed close to this
reasonable value for the rest of night.
