The dust haze that appeared yesterday was again very apparent at sunset, but
the transparency of the sky improved as the night wore on. The night was clear and finally there was good seeing after several days of strong east winds
and poor seeing (ridiculous seeing at times). Tonight the seeing held between 1-1.5 acrsec.
