Weather Report for November 25, 2013

Kitt Peak was fogged in at the start of campaign 55 at the tail end of a massive, slow moving storm that dumped plenty of rain on southern Arizona during the previous three days. At about midnight, slightly drier air moved in, although the humidity hovered around the closing mark for a few more hours until finally falling back to 65-75%. Ten blazars were observed in clear skies shared with a third quarter moon. Seeing was around 2 arcsec or a little better. During the last hour, the humidity raced back up to 90% and the dome would have been closed if twilight hadn't ended the night at the same time. A fairly good night given the very drippy conditions at the start.
