Weather Report for May 11, 2013

The first hour of the night was lost waiting for debris clouds to dissipate from thunderstorms that formed during the afternoon to the east and south of Kitt Peak. The first lightning flashes of the season were seen after sunset. Once the sky cleared, it was a very good night. Seeing was the best so far in this campaign, improving to 1 arcsec in the last few hours of the night from around 1.5 arcsec at the start of the evening's observations.
