Weather Report for October 11, 2012

Observing campaign 43 begins with a reasonably good night at the Kuiper Telescope on Mt. Bigelow. The sky was clear from sunset until nearly 0300 local time when clouds from an advancing low-pressure system prematurely ended observations. The seeing started out at 1-1.2 arcsec, but by the time the clouds moved in, it was closer to 2 arcsec.

The forecast has the storm system located just off the California coast moving though Arizona tomorrow.
