Clear skies return to Arizona after a strange night of observing through
cirrus during the previous night.
Conditions were certainly good enough for photometry, which wasn't even
attempted on the night before. The seeing was variable and somewhat ragged
(1.4-2.5), as the wind turned to an eastward direction. An east wind is
never a good sign for seeing on Kitt Peak.
