The low pressure system that brought all of the bad weather over the past
two days lingered long enough to keep the humidity too high at the
start of the night, preventing the dome from being opened.
After four hours, the humidity quickly dropped and observing began
at 2330 local time and continued until morning twilight.
Skies were photometric and the seeing was good (1-1.5 arcsec).
