Weather Report for September 4, 2011

Blazar monitoring continued tonight after very successful and extremely interesting observations of SN2011fe during the first 2 hours of the night. The sky was generally clear until just before 0300 local time when monsoon debris clouds from New Mexico showed up. These clouds ended attempts at spectrophotometry and slowed the polarimetry considerably. Seeing was fairly good throughout the night, varying between 1.0 and 1.8 arcsec.
