Weather Report for May 14, 2010

Observing campaign 17 starts with moderate to thick cirrus bands all over the sky. The clouds cleared off after the first two hours and conditions became quite reasonable. Seeing was not great, at 1.5-2.0 arcsec, but observations were largely unaffected by this. Cirrus again moved in during the last 2 hours of the night and this prevented photometric measurements of several objects and generally made things difficult.
