Weather Report for January 16, 2010

Clear at the start of the night, but increasingly thick cirrus began moving into southeast Arizona throughout the night. Observations were not seriously affected by clouds until after midnight. Seeing was better than during the previous nights, but was still not very good (1.5-2.5 arcsec). A major weather system will affect Arizona over the next several days and the forecast is dismal for the remainder of the observing campaign.
