A beautiful night. Photometric, warm and calm. The seeing was pretty good too, usually 1.0-1.5 arcsec. The only problem occurred near the middle of the night when the guiding system failed. This unfortunately cost about two hours in trying to diagnose the problem and then installing the spare guider system, which had to be removed from another instrument. As a result, one faint target (AO 0235+164) was not observed for lack of time.
